Lawyer: Insolvency & Litigation
Caleb joined Murfett Legal in February 2022 as a lawyer in the Insolvency and Litigation team.
Since being admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2016, Caleb has worked in-house and at a full-service global firm in both Melbourne and Perth.
Caleb has significant experience in working with legal technology and a strong understanding of the financial services industry, where he has assisted in large scale litigation and discovery. He is passionate about emerging technologies and has been involved in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology since its inception. Caleb understands the complexities of this technology and firmly believes in the mainstream adoption, benefits and efficiencies it provides in both a commercial and social aspect.
He graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (International Business) as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Australian National University. Caleb has also attended and completed the International Human Rights Program in Geneva, Switzerland.
