Dilanshini Pathmarajah
Dilanshini (Dila) graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 2021 and commenced with the firm as a Law Graduate. Dila was admitted to the Supreme Court of WA in December 2022.
Background Details
Having previously graduated from the University of Western Australia with an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts (Business Law minor), Dila expresses an interest in corporate and commercial law.
Prior to joining Murfett Legal, Dila worked at other law firms and has gained experience in providing administrative assistance, attending client advice lines, booking solicitor consultations for clients, making decisions based on client’s issue, conducting research for solicitors, and assisted in drafting court documents.
Dila has also completed work experience as a legal assistant at the WA Bar Association at the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Throughout her role she assisted barristers during their trial advocacy course for the WA Bar, performed as a judge’s associate for the Honourable Justice Corboy, acted as a witness to the applicant’s case and familiarised court affidavits and other documents for mock trials.
