ABOUT Carla Vinciullo - Partner, Employment and Workplace Relations Murfett Legal
Carla Vinciullo advises clients across a range of industries, from small businesses to multinationals, with respect to their employment, human resources, workplace, industrial relations and occupational safety and health needs. An accomplished advocate, Carla frequently appears as counsel in employment and workplace relations matters, including in the Fair Work Commission, Western Australian Industrial relations Commission, the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court. Her prior experience includes working with a major Australian airline in a watershed industrial disputation with multiple unions, and an in-house role with a global engineering company providing employment and industrial relations advice. Carla has extensive experience with Workplace Investigations and is regularly engaged as either an Investigator or as an Advisor for serious workplace matters.
