Sharon Milton
Sharon joined Murfett Legal in January 2026 as a Senior Associate. Sharon has significant litigation and dispute resolution experience, having previously worked at top-tier, mid-tier, and boutique corporate commercial law firms across Perth.
Sharon is experienced in managing a broad range of simple to complex civil and administrative law matters, providing commercially astute legal advice across a variety of industry sectors.

Sharon’s experience includes advising on disputes across areas of civil law including breaches of contract, competition and consumer law, Corporations Act litigation, professional negligence, tenancy matters and real estate disputes, defamation, and insolvency matters.
In addition to Sharon’s work in corporate and commercial law firms, she has worked as in-house legal counsel for a state government department and in the not-for-profit community legal sector, making her well versed for acting for both private and public sector clients.
Sharon holds qualifications in Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Murdoch University and Bachelor of Arts from Edith Cowan University.
Sharon enjoys building ongoing relationships with her clients by providing commercially focussed and practical legal advice.
