Jennifer joined Murfett Legal in May 2024 as a Senior Associate. Jennifer principally practises in the area of commercial litigation and has gained significant experience having commenced working in law at one of the largest WA independent full-service firms, as well as boutique firms.

Jennifer has experience representing clients in all Courts, including the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and High Court of Australia, as well as the State Administrative Tribunal.
Jennifer has assisted various clients (both large corporations and individuals) in a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, building and construction disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, directors’ duties, insurance and family provision claims.
Jennifer’s pragmatic approach strives to resolve all disputes in the most commercially viable and timely manner possible. She takes pride in building ongoing relationships with her clients by providing ongoing commercially focussed and practical legal advice, as well as full support and assistance through the entire legal process.
Jennifer holds qualifications in Law and Arts (Psychology) from Murdoch University.
