Martin was admitted to legal practice in 2017 and joined the team at Murfett Legal in May 2020.

Before joining Murfett Legal, Martin worked for several years in a number of boutique law firms, both as a solicitor and also as a paralegal/law clerk prior to admission.

Martin works across our commercial and employment law teams. He is experienced in a broad range of matters, including:

  • Assisting liquidators, bankruptcy trustees and individuals in corporate insolvency and personal bankruptcy matters.

  • Negotiating with banks and other lending institutions on the settlement and restructuring of debts.

  • Advising employers and employees alike on matters of employment law and workplace relations.

Outside of work, Martin takes a keen interest in music, sport and travel.
