Kiralee Duke

Kiralee was admitted to practice in 2018, but commenced working in the area of dispute resolution in 2014 as a law clerk. Prior to joining Murfett Legal in February 2020, she worked in a boutique law firm specialising in deceased estate litigation, elder abuse and family trust disputes. Before this position, Kiralee worked for a boutique firm in the area of dispute resolution, with a focus on constructions disputes and local government.

Kiralee is focused on achieving positive settlement outcomes for her clients at an early stage to avoid the time and cost associated with a trial. However, when the best outcome for her client cannot be achieved through negotiation or mediation, she is committed to putting forward her client’s strongest case for trial. In this regard, Kiralee has significant trial experience in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Kiralee is committed to ensuring her client’s experience with the legal system is as stress-free as possible by ensuring they receive regular updates on the progress of their matter, and have a strong understanding of the legal process and the strengths of their case.
