Natalie Dimmock is a family lawyer and heads up our Family Law team.

Natalie will be able to assist with all aspects of family law including:

1.       Property settlements (negotiated or otherwise);

2.       Children’s issues;

3.       Binding Financial Agreements (BFAs);

4.       Spousal maintenance;

5.       Child support (including Binding Child Support Agreements);

6.       Parentage disputes;

7.       Divorce; and

8.        Court representation.

Natalie has qualifications in Psychology and Law and is studying towards her Masters of Business Administration. Before becoming a lawyer, Natalie worked in the community services sector as well as with the Child Support Agency and as a TAFE lecturer. She is a trained Chairperson for Alternative Dispute Resolution conferences and thoroughly enjoys using both her litigation and mediation skills to achieve the best possible outcome for clients in the most cost-effective manner.

Natalie is a member of the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Practitioners Association and the Family Law Section of the Law Council and the Australian Mediation Association. She is a member of the Child Support Agency’s Stakeholder committee and has written and presented several academic papers on family law topics.
